What do you pack with?
Sturdy double-walled cartons, clean newsprint and bubble wrap, dish and mirror boxes sized to fit, and wardrobe cartons your hanging clothes slide right into. We mark the room on every box, so the unload stays quick and nothing goes missing, and delicate art and electronics pick up an extra layer of protection.
What will my move cost?
Two things drive it: the volume you are moving and how tricky the access turns out to be on each end. A crew of two with a truck starts at $110/hr, and a written estimate is in your hands before a single box is lifted. Want one locked figure instead? Cora can set a flat quote, and the number she names is the number on your invoice. Cross a state line and the math shifts over to weight and mileage.
Is there anything you won’t load?
Only a short list, and every item on it comes down to safety and the law: flammables like propane, gasoline, and paint, then ammunition, live houseplants, pets, and any food that will spoil. Have something oversized, seriously heavy, or unusually valuable? Mention it while booking so we roll out with the correct equipment.
What if a piece gets damaged?
Careful padding makes it rare, but if a piece does pick up a ding, we point it out then and there and start the claim the same day. Before the job we lay released coverage next to full-value, so you head in knowing exactly how a claim would go.
Can I move or cancel my date?
Of course. Let us know at least two days ahead to shift or cancel your date and the full deposit comes back. Each condition appears in plain words on your booking, so there is nothing to guess at.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. Peerless Moving Assistance carries Nevada licensing and insurance, and Cora and Joe staff every job with their own trained crew, with no broker wedged in the middle taking a cut.
