About Our Reno Moving Company
Free, No-Obligation Estimate
Family-owned since 2013. Cora and Joe started out with one truck and a plain, straight-shooting promise, and they have kept to it on every Reno and Sparks move since.
A Local Family Who Shows Up
Peerless Moving Assistance is a family-owned Reno company, working out of Southwest Reno. Cora Bennett and her husband Joe launched it in 2013 with a single truck, a two-person crew, and one rule that still runs the place: quote a fair price, work every job with their own trained crew instead of a broker or a day-labor pickup, and handle each load as if it belonged to them.
Years on, Cora and Joe run four well-kept trucks and a trained crew who know this area cold, the long hillside driveways in Somersett and Caughlin Ranch, the gated communities that want a gate pass and HOA move-in rules, the historic homes and narrow lots around the Old Southwest, and the snow and steep grades on the roads up toward Tahoe. That kind of hometown knowledge is what turns a long moving day into a smooth one.
What we stand for
- A fair price in writing with no surprise add-ons at the curb
- The same trained crew on every job, not a call center
- Loading and unloading rented trucks, PODs, and containers too
- Foothill driveways, gate passes, HOA move-in rules, and floor protection handled
- Nobody leaves until the last piece is set in place
